Nilesh Prakash

Nilesh is a Pacific islander who brings about 20 years of experience working on development/climate change issues within public sector, regional and international space. Having championed several climate change policies and climate financing efforts through his various roles over the years including his involvement in climate change negotiations, Nilesh brings deep understanding of climate vulnerabilities across sectors and economies and the injustice created as a result. Nilesh’s work in climate change is focused on the human dimensions of the climate problem that seeks to promote human rights, justice, equity and climate prosperity.
