Ayesha Dinshaw, Loss and Damage Program Officer
Ayesha Dinshaw has over 12 years of experience working on climate change, focusing on adaptation and resilience in developing countries. Her work has included loss and damage, locally led adaptation, urban climate resilience, monitoring and evaluation, and mainstreaming adaptation into development programs and plans.
Previously, Ayesha was a manager with the World Resources Institute’s Climate Resilience Program, worked at the renewable energy organization NativeEnergy, and interned with HSBC India’s corporate sustainability department and the Centre for Science and Environment. While earning her graduate degree she provided analysis to the Somerville Community Corporation and worked with the Tufts Institute of the Environment.
Ayesha holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Middlebury College and an M.A. in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University. She is currently based in New Hampshire, USA.
